I always love to eat an apple each day at work to boost my energy in the afternoon. It's a tasty healthy alternative to drinking Coke to get the sugar rush to last me til 6! lol
And in a fruit salad with chopped bananas and strawberries for the weekend - yum!
Golden delicious are my favourites!

During the past month I've been sharing a whole apple with my dad.
Every night when he gets back from work he'll always take an apple out and split it in half no matter what time at night it is.

I try to eat an apple as a snack whenever I am hungry...it is so much better than having chips. I also love to have apples and peanut butter. It is sweet and delicious!!!

Well did you know that if you eat an apple before lunch everyday, you could drop 20 pounds in a year! Or more depending on your body. Why, apples have chemicals that make you full and keep you full. No wonder those apple salads a great!
