i have forgotten to keep some fruit for breakfast. This was a good bulletin, I need to re-apply that in my breakfast. Thanks Elle! <3

I love having a sliced banana with some cornflakes or weetabix on top and some soy milk. I always look forward to it and I also have it in the evening when I feel like a light meal.

Everyday for my breakfast, I have a sliced banana, sliced apple, kiwi fruit, red and black grapes and sometimes a peach or something like that. I have about three or four tablespoons of natural vanilla yoghurt over the top as well and sometimes add a few mini weetabix chocolate for a change. It's so gorgeous and yummy and really filling too :)

Each morning I try to eat raw fruits and veggies as well-- I make them into a smoothie! This sounds gross-- but sometimes I put spinach in it as well. You can't even taste it and it is a good way to get a serving of veggies! :D

I usually have a regular bowl of cereal preferably cheerios and some milk with bannanas and strawberries cut on top...sooo good

I have been eating unflavored greek yogurt mixed with fresh fruit and nuts for breakfast. I tend to add fruit, vegetables, and/or nuts to everything I eat. I love fiber. I like my peanut butter crunchy and my juice with pulp.

Every morning I have an apple and sometimes a banana with peanut butter.  I want to try yogurt and fruit that sounds really good!

During the fall, I eat a lot of apples and caramel. Also, I love strawberry burst cheerios with sliced bananas on top for breakfast!
