Did you guys notice Katy Perry’s extra sparkly lips during her performance at the Grammys last week? Katy had a paler pout on the red carpet at the beginning of the evening, but had super pink lips during her set. Here’s a closer look:


To get these pink glittery lips, I’m nearly certain Katy wore GlitzyLips, which is basically like a lipstick sticker that adheres to the lips. You can get them in a ton of different designs and finishes like rainbow, turquoise, silver and more. They’re really good for Halloween and other events because they’re designed to stay on your lips until you decide to take them off, like a temporary lip tattoo for the evening.

I’ve never tried them before but I’ve done some research and heard they can feel pretty dry on, which is why I was surprised to see her full-on performing in them. You would think that singing and pronouncing properly in adhesive lips like these would be really difficult, but then again I’m sure she practiced a lot in them beforehand.


From pictures, it looks like Katy is wearing the color Pink Couture (pictured above) and I actually think they look really cool on her! I would totally wear those if I had reason to/if I were a performer.
